Participants in our allyship learning experiences learn about the experiences of historically marginalized groups, explore their identities, power, and privilege, and practice key behaviors of allyship.
Our anti-racism learning experiences focus on the history and experiences of racism, what it means to achieve racial equity, and how to work on anti-racism efforts through brave dialogues, allyship, and ongoing learning and unlearning.
Our learning experiences on bias help learners understand how bias forms and where it comes from based on our identities and experiences. Participants also explore how bias shows up in the workplace or in specific areas of the business such as talent management, and learn ways to mitigate and disrupt bias at the individual, interpersonal/teams, or organizational/systems level.
Our inclusive leadership learning experiences give people leaders a framework to understand and embody the characteristics of inclusive leaders – connection, activation, and bravery. Leaders learn skills such as self-awareness, empathy, and leveraging their power to support building connection, activation, and bravery in their teams and organization.
These past few years have been incredibly tumultuous and evolving, where we have witnessed how complex and messy our world is.
In a world of tick-a-box trainings and quick fixes, we at Be Equitable are going after something more satisfying -- we’re here for the transformations. For the forward thinkers and future leaders who know the journey is long and are still ready, we see you and we want to partner with you.
Let’s go beyond the buzzwords to create workplaces that work for people of all races, ethnicities, identities, and abilities. It won’t be neat. And it certainly won’t be simple. Our BE team is ready and committed to get it done.
As we enter this next chapter of our story, we invite you to BE bold, BE inclusive, and BE authentic to the vision you have for yourself and your organization. And together we can create workplaces that are just and equitable for all.
We will continue to fight for an equitable world, where all people with uteruses have autonomy over their bodies.
