Infrequently Asked Questions

What’s an assumption people make about you?

Because I am usually upbeat and smiling, people assume I am happy but I fight deep depression daily. Being happy is a daily decision I have to make for myself.

What’s one thing you love about yourself? Have you always?

I have a true love for all people no matter their identities and no matter if they have love for me. My father told me when I was young to study people and I decided to do just that but with love. I’ve always had this unconditional love for all mankind.

Do you think people can really change?

Yes, I do think people can really change. But it takes a life-altering event usually to spark that real change.

Let’s go beyond the buzzwords to create workplaces that work for people of all races, ethnicities, identities, and abilities. It won’t be neat. And it certainly won’t be simple. Our BE team is ready and committed to get it done.

As we enter this next chapter of our story, we invite you to BE bold, BE inclusive, and BE authentic to the vision you have for yourself and your organization. And together we can create workplaces that are just and equitable for all.
